I just recently started adding my books to my newly created LibraryThing account.  I’m about at book 38.  I figure once I hit the 200 mark, I’ll pay the lifetime fee, because I’ll be adding Tony’s books as well so we have one account.  Tony’s the keeper of our DVD list, I’m the bookkeeper.  Makes sense, since I’m the librarian in the family . So, I really like LibraryThing.  I like being able to tag my books so I can find my gardening or crocheting books in a snap.  I’ve joined a few groups to see what SciFi fans are reading.  And, it is interesting to see how many people have the same book as me.  I’ve already come up with two that only one other person in the world has cataloged on LibraryThing.  Now I think that is cool!  That kind of knowledge makes me less likely to weed that book from my collection!  So, if you are looking for a way to keep track of your books, both the ones that you own and those that you don’t own but have read, you might give LibraryThing a try.  Have a great day!
